Through a personal experience, I found my way into private home care—and soon realized the deep fulfillment I had been missing.
With a background as a floor nurse and business experience, I built a way to care for people on my own terms: with flexibility, great pay, and a personal approach to patient care.
When fellow nurses asked how I did it, I guided them—and seeing their transformation inspired me to create this program.
Now, I help nurses step into independent practice with the education, guidance, and support they need to succeed.
